Northwest Tune-Up: Arrival Checklist

Northwest Tune-Up is just around the corner. Whether you’re coming for the riding, the music, or just the atmosphere on the Bellingham waterfront, here’s everything you need to know before you get here—so your weekend starts smoothly.

Before You Arrive

Sign your waiver in advance
All attendees need a signed waiver before entering the festival. If you bought a ticket online, you already agreed to this waiver—we just need your signature. If you haven’t done it yet, complete it online ahead of time to save yourself time at the box office.

Plan your weekend
Take a look at the festival schedule ahead of time. Set times and activities are subject to change, so build in a little flexibility.

Expect road impacts
There will be traffic and road closures around the festival site Thursday, July 9 at 5 AM through Monday, July 13 at 5 AM, including festival access impacts on Sunday, July 12 due to the Bellingham Pride Parade. Give yourself extra time this weekend and check local updates before heading down.

Weather-ready mindset
Northwest Tune-Up runs rain or shine, but is often hot and dry. Check the forecast and dress for changing conditions—sun, wind, or the occasional Pacific Northwest surprise.

Stay hydrated
Dehydration is serious. Bring a reusable water bottle (no glass). Free water refill stations are located throughout the site.

Know what you can bring
Re-entry is allowed throughout the day. Blankets and low-profile concert chairs are welcome. Please review the full list of allowed and prohibited items before arriving.

Getting In

Save time with early wristband pickup
Available to all General Admission, VIP and Bike ticketholders: wristbands can be picked up in advance on Thursday, July 9 from 2–9 PM at the festival box office: 1100 Granary Ave., Bellingham, WA.

Wristbands must be securely fastened and are non-transferable once applied. Early wristband pickup is not available for Music ticketholders. Music ticketholders will receive their wristbands day-of starting at 4 PM at the festival box office.

Have your ticket ready
Mobile tickets scan fastest when they’re pulled up and your screen brightness is turned up. If you can’t find yours, check your Eventim confirmation email or account before you arrive. Still having issues? Head to Eventim's Support Center.

On Site

Cashless festival
Northwest Tune-Up is primarily cashless. The only exception is the box office, where cash is accepted (change is not provided).

Bike demos and shuttles
Bike demo zones open at 8 AM, with the first shuttles rolling out at 8:30 AM. Bring a valid ID and credit card for bike demos. Review all demo guidelines before heading over.

Bike to the festival
Skip the parking hassle and ride in. Secure bike parking is available for $5 per bike per day or $20 per family per day and benefit various non-profits in our community.

All beer garden areas are strictly 21+. Valid government-issued ID is required—no exceptions.
