BIKE SHUTTLES & RIDE ROUTES

Shuttles run between the Waterfront Festival Grounds and the Southside Galbraith Mountain trailhead, giving all 3-Day, 1-Day and Bike-only ticketholders direct access to some of Bellingham’s best singletrack. Maximize your time on the mountain by planning your shuttle trips in advance and using our suggested bike routes to get oriented with Galbraith’s 80+ miles of trail.

Shimano MTB Shuttle Information

Passenger shuttles to Galbraith Mountain trailhead are included with valid 3-Day, 1-Day and Bike-only tickets. Shuttles run during exhibitor hours and are equipped with bike racks that can accommodate 10–14 passengers. Anyone demoing bikes must utilize the festival bike shuttles to get to the trails. Biking from the festival or driving a personal vehicle with a demo bike is not permitted.

All demo bikes are due back to Exhibitor Village by 5 PM. If demoing, please depart Galbraith Mountain no later than 4:30 PM to ensure a timely return.

Shuttle Routes

Shuttles run between two fixed locations: the Waterfront Festival Grounds and the Southside Galbraith Mountain trailhead. Service does not include the Northside Galbraith trailhead or the Chuckanut Mountains.

Waterfront Festival Grounds (Granary Ave.)

Shuttles load and unload on Granary Ave., near the Exhibitor Village. Departures run every 15–30 minutes, with reduced frequency during lunch hours.

Galbraith Mountain Trailhead (S. Samish Way)

Shuttles service the Southside Galbraith parking lot only, not the Northside trailhead. Approximate one-way shuttle time: 12.5 minutes.

Shuttle Capacity & Access

Each shuttle accommodates approximately 10–14 riders with bikes, including e-bikes. Space is first come, first served and may vary depending on demand.

Demo & Shuttle Waivers

All riders must sign a waiver before demoing bikes or boarding the shuttles. Waivers will be emailed in advanced prior to the festival to the person who purchased the tickets, but will also be available on-site during wristband pickup. Each ticketholder is required to sign a waiver individually, not just the purchaser. We recommend signing in advance to expedite your wristband pickup.
